"Nice to meet you. This is the brief story of how Conciergerie Helping Hands was born."

Helping Hands founded Conciergerie Helping Hands in 2013 after years of managing vacation rentals for friends and family.

What started as caring for a beautiful stone estate in the Périgord grew into Conciergerie Helping Hands — a curated portfolio of vacation rentals with personal conciergerie support.

Today the team handles every detail — from your first enquiry to checkout — so each stay feels effortless, personal, and genuinely special.

Usually 7–30% cheaper than platforms, with our best price guarantee and free extras on request (cot, monitor, yoga mat). More flexibility if your plans change.

Self check-in at every property — electronic lock on arrival, then physical keys (two sets). Check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 11 am. Early or late times are free when the schedule allows.

Fresh linens and towels on arrival. Bed linen and towels can also be provided for €8 per person on request.

Cancel 16+ days before arrival for a full refund minus payment fees. Within 15 days, non-refundable — except force majeure (illness, cancelled flight), when your payment moves to a new stay within 12 months.

€100 per website booking, paid during post-booking registration. Automatically refunded 7 days after checkout if there is no significant damage.

Yes — the estate has a large shared swimming pool for all five accommodations. Each house also has its own barbecue, terrace, and private outdoor space.

Babies up to 2 years stay free — declare them when booking. Cot and high chair available free on request. At least one guest must be 21+, and max occupancy follows the tourist licence.

After booking and completing the 5-step registration, we email the exact address, directions, and self check-in instructions. A direct mobile number is provided for urgent matters.
